The three men were found guilty last month of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to Thusha and shopper Roshan Selvakumar, who was shot in the face, as well as attempted murder of their intended victim.
On Thursday, Grant, 21, of Camberwell, was ordered to serve a minimum of 17 years, and Kolawole, 19, of Kennington, and McCalla, 20, of Streatham, at least 14 years.
Thusha was left paralysed after being shot when the trio cycled to Stockwell Food and Wine and Grant opened fire last March.
A bullet struck Thusha in the chest and passed through the seventh vertebra of her spine. She went into cardiac arrest twice in the wake of the shooting and had to undergo emergency surgery in the shop and later at hospital to keep her alive.
CCTV footage released after the trial showed Thusha dancing in the convenience store in south London, before shots were indiscriminately fired through the door.
Police officers have been so moved by the family’s plight that they have already raised £125,000 towards Thusha's medical care.
Sentencing Kolawole, McCalla and Grant, Judge Martin Stephens said: ‘Not one of you has, in my judgment, shown a sliver of remorse.’
He added the trio posed a ‘significant risk to members of the public of serious harm in the future’.
It was later revealed Grant had a previous conviction for robbery and possession of an offensive weapon, Kolawole for affray, and McCalla for robbery, affray, possessing an offensive weapon with intent and violent disorder.
The three men were members of the Brixton-based OC (Organised Criminals) gang and were searching for Bryan - a member of rival gang ABM (All Bout Money).

Tulisa, who was left red-faced last month when a video of her engaging in a sex act with an ex-boyfriend was leaked onto the internet, is hoping to move on from the scandal with another squeaky-clean turn on The X Factor.
The 23-year-old first joined the show's judging panel last year, appearing alongside Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and X Factor stalwart Louis Walsh, but after ratings suffered a dip, it seemed unclear whether Simon Cowell would invite them all back for another series.
However, Tulisa has now confirmed that she will indeed be returning to the series, just a day after ITV officially said that Barlow will also come back for series nine of the competition.
It is not yet known whether Barlow's 2011 fellow judges Louis Walsh, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos will return (Picture: ITV)Speaking to Top Of The Pops magazine, N-Dubz singer Tulisa said: 'I don't know if I'm allowed to answer. I suppose it doesn't really matter, so let's just say (I've known for) quite a while.'

She added: 'Would it be cheeky to say I think I did a good enough job to keep my place?'
'I'm growing as a person, so you might see a change in me simply because I'm growing up, but I'm just going to be me. Whatever comes out, comes out.'
Tulisa's credentials on the show are good - she won her first series on The X Factor with Little Mix, an all-girl group who became the first ever non-solo artist to win the competition in its eight-year history.

Jade Thirlwall, Henry Holland, Little MixGary Barlow will join Tulisa on the show, after the Take That star was confirmed as the first judge to definitely be returning to the judging panel later this year.
He said: 'I'm thrilled to be back and really looking forward to working with The X Factor team again. The fact that a superstar could just walk out on that stage is very exciting.'
Louis Walsh has previously said he will come back to the show, but remains unconfirmed. It is thought that Kelly Rowland does not want to make a return to the series.

According to Who's Laughing Now? by author Chloe Govan, the Price Tag singer first realised she was gay at the age of 17 .
However the book claims that she was told by record company bosses she would have more appeal with male fans if she said she was bisexual - and despite being 'incensed' by their demands she went along them through fear of losing her deal with Universal.
Jessie J Voice team'Jessie might have been with boys in the past but she is 100 per cent gay,' Govan said in the book.
'Jessie was openly lesbian and didn't hide it.
'She was advised not to come out though. Certain people thought being bi was trendy, exotic and a fashion statement. It would increase her allure.'
Govan adds that record company bosses asked Jessie to 'tone down' her image amid fears that she could suffer a 'career-damaging' backlash over her sexuality.

The 24-year-old has previously spoken openly about her past relationships, admitting that she has dated people of both sexes.
'If I like someone and I like them, I don't care if they're a boy or a girl,' she said.
Who's Laughing Now?, which is published today, also looks at the singer's medical issues including her battle with the condition Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome which can speed the heart up to four times its normal rate.
Jessie has been spending time in the US promoting her single Domino, as well as appearing on the American version of The Voice - but will be back in the UK for the show's live finals which begin later this month.
